Buttercream cakes require cool storage, so please ensure your car is adequately cooled before transportation. During transit, keep the cake on a flat, level surface in your vehicle's footwell, away from direct sunlight and loose objects. Avoid placing the cake on angled surfaces like laps or car seats, as this may cause sliding. Drive cautiously, avoiding sudden stops and sharp turns. We recommend consuming the cake as close to the delivery/pickup date as possible and advise consuming all food within 24 hours of the first serving. How should I store my cake before serving?Keep cakes and treats refrigerated until ready to serve. Buttercream cakes require cool storage. Before serving, allow your cake to reach room temperature so the cake and buttercream can soften. Avoid direct sunlight and heat when your cake or treats are not refrigerated. THEY WILL MELT!

This fee helps cover costs incurred to prepare and prioritize your order. In the event of a cancellation fee, payment is required to maintain a positive account status and continue placing future orders with us. Failure to pay may affect the ability to place future orders. In cases where insufficient notice is provided (within 6 days or less of delivery or pickup), the order is no longer eligible for refund. Any order that is not picked up at the agreed-upon time, without an attempt to reschedule, will be considered a no-call/no-show and will be canceled. In such cases, absolutely no refunds, deposit transfers, or future credit will be provided under any circumstances.

TASTING BOXES: Our Cake Tasting Boxes provide a scrumptious sampling of our cakes and are available once a month. Please be sure to view the website for the information on what day cake-tasting boxes will be available for pickup. However, please note that these boxes are solely for tasting purposes and do not include a consultation or meeting about our cake services. If you're interested in ordering a custom cake and wish to discuss specific details, we invite you to fill out our consultation form. ■ PICKUP: Upon the successful completion of your consultation appointment, we will work together to schedule your pickup or delivery date. To ensure a seamless experience, we extend a 15-minute grace period beyond your assigned pickup time for your convenience. Should you encounter any unforeseen circumstances, we kindly ask that you reach out to us before the grace period ends. If your order remains unclaimed after this time and no special circumstances have been communicated, a late fee may be applied. Please note that late fees must be paid in order to collect your order. If pickup needs to be rescheduled, please do so within 24 hours to avoid cancellation. Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address and information, as we cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect locations resulting from customer-provided wrong addresses. To maintain the security and integrity of your order, all pickups and deliveries require a list of approved persons to receive the order. Please note, that we will not release the order to anyone who isn't on the list. We kindly request that you only add individuals to the list whom you trust to receive your treats. To ensure food safety and freshness, any items that have not been picked up or delivered within 24 hours after the specified pickup/delivery date will be disposed of. In the event of a no-call/no-show order, Littlejohn Treats reserves the right to donate the items or resell them, based on our discretion.

Refunds■ The following are the only instances where an order may be eligible for a refund: Your order may be eligible for a refund if, upon pickup or delivery, the cake or treats exhibit errors or other issues that do not meet your expectations, and you REFUSE to accept the order. Partial refunds are available for cancellations made within the approved timeframe (10 days or more before your scheduled delivery or pickup). Please note that if changes to the order are requested, refunds will not be provided for supplies that have already been purchased and may no longer be needed. Refunds will only be issued if you refuse to accept the cake or treats. We do NOT negotiate partial refunds if you keep the cake or treats. Refunds are not offered under any other circumstances. It's important to understand that if a refund is granted, you CANNOT retain the cake or treats. Littlejohn Treats cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred if you choose to replace our products with those from another vendor. Please be advised that full refunds requested after the cake has been accepted and picked up or delivered will not be honored. Additionally, orders that are not picked up will not be refunded. Littlejohn Treats relinquishes responsibility for orders once they have been picked up or delivered and cannot assume responsibility for any damage incurred during transport, set-up, or thereafter. We provide instructions on proper handling to mitigate any risks associated with the transportation and storage of your cake or treats upon pickup/delivery. Please remember that cakes are delicate and can be prone to damage if mishandled. We advise caution and care to prevent any damage such as cracks, smudges, or melted cakes/treats.
